Calcite fluoresces orange contrasting sharply with dark patches of non-fluorescent Franklinite and Red Zincite while pops of bright green shortwave UV reactive Willemite add another layer of fascination in this large, old-mine, display specimen collected from the then-active, Franklin Mine in Franklin NJ.
